Minneapolis Radiology Associates was founded in 1970 to serve the needs of North Memorial Medical Center in Robbinsdale, Minn., and has since grown and diversified to support multiple inpatient and outpatient locations in the Northwest suburbs of the Twin Cities.

MRA’s 26 physicians, including four vascular surgeons, provide subspecialized imaging and vascular interventions for six hospitals, four regional health systems, and multiple outpatient imaging and intervention sites in the region, including diagnostic imaging centers, vein centers, and a dialysis access center. 

MRA also provides billing, IT consulting, management, finance, HR services, credentialing, and strategic consulting to multiple clients through a managed services organization. As a multi-specialty practice incorporating diagnostic radiology, interventional radiology, and vascular surgery, MRA emphasizes joint ventures and partnerships with its clients. It prides itself on practicing a high level of courtesy and customer service with all clients and patients.

The practice plays an active role in medical research and education through Minneapolis Radiology and Vascular Research Foundation, a 501c(3) non-profit. It has held 11 annual CARVE conferences in Vail, Colo., focusing on clinically relevant topics in vascular and endovascular care.
